3. Eligibility

• Have valid travel documents (passport)
• Not have any criminal history that would affect visa eligibility

4. User Obligations

Fraudulent Information: Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Training and orientation fees

5.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes (GST)

5.3 Third-Party Fees

You are responsible for fees charged by third parties, including embassy/consulate fees, medical examination costs, police clearance certificates, and travel expenses, unless explicitly included in your service package.

6. No Guarantee of Placement

While we make every effort to assist you in finding suitable employment abroad, we cannot guarantee:

• Job placement or employment offers
• Visa approval by any government authority
• Specific salary or employment terms
• Employer acceptance of your application
• Timeline for job offers or visa processing

Final decisions on visa issuance rest with the respective country's immigration authorities, over which we have no control.

7. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel your application at any time by providing written notice. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

8. Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate our services if:

• You provide false or fraudulent information
• You fail to make required payments
• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your conduct jeopardizes our relationships with employers or authorities
• Circumstances beyond our control prevent service delivery

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hamza Overseas Pvt Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hamza Overseas Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion
• If unresolved, submitted to mediation
• If mediation fails, resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
